Mail your payment

Send checks or money orders to: Unique Contemporary Solutions, Ltd., 3712 N Broadway, Chicago IL 60613. Be sure to include the address you want the item shipped to, your telephone number in case we have questions, your email address so we can email you shipping information, and the item you are ordering or the order number. All checks are held for 10 business days. (check /money order must be received within 5 days)

Sales tax

Sales tax will only be charged on orders with an Illinois ship to address.
